Room for rent mid June/July 1st!

The apartment is located at The Cortland at Red Mountain(Free free to look the complex up), conveniently located near Tempe, south Scottsdale, and Arcadia. You would have a private ensuite bathroom in your master bedroom, walk in closet, and private access to a balcony overlooking the community pool. Parking is convenient. Community also offers an updated gym, parcels for packages, and a community/ workspace with complimentary starbucks and snacks. You can take this room furnished upon purchase of current furniture, or I can remove all or any items if you wish to furnish yourself. The room is officially open for sublease July 1, but I can negotiate early move in (around mid June) and rent would then be prorated. Being that I am getting married, you would be subletting my lease and inheriting my awesome roommate, Sierra. Sierra is
years old, a working professional and student. She is polite, clean, and quiet (in a considerate way, but friendly).
