I am Active Duty Military adherence to house rules is essential for a homey atmosphere – NO Drugs,No pets , No Smoking indoors, and maintaining cleanliness. I prefer a long-term lease, especially as I'm in the military. But still willing to do month to month within 6 months to a year with a days of notice when moving out
Requirement A copy of your ID and two pay stubs are required for verification, and background check and we'll sign and notarize the rental agreement. You'll receive two sets of keys, a parking pass, and the WiFi password. All utilities are included. Washer and dryer is across from my unit Guests are welcome, and I respect your privacy for your comfort. But Guest can’t Stay for a long period of time.
