Quiet/Clean Oasis close to

I bought this new home in Whisper Valley in Manor to use as a place to stay on my workdays at Tesla. The neighborhood is built with sustainable living. Naturally, there is a car charger at the house and the pool/club house. I am barely there (% of the nights) and my wife even less so. Basically, I use it to sleep and shower between long shifts. We do have a cat but it would be a rare that she would be there. I am looking for a professional who would share the home and use it as I do. The house is good size and there are two bedrooms, full bath and game room that is available upstairs. The Utility Room and kitchen would be shared. The new washer dryer is a combo unit and super quiet. The garage space is not included but is negotiable. The stated rate is set for 1 bedroom but both rooms and/or garage are negotiable at a higher price.

The house is located on a green belt and has foam in the walls so it is very quiet.

Price is negotiable
