This galaxy themed bedroom has a closet and is furnished with a queen size bed, mini fridge with a freezer, microwave, keypad lock on the bedroom door. The pictures do not do it justice at all. The deposit / move in fee is half the monthly rent. The deposit is refunded as long as there are no damages and in the same condition as when you moved into it and a thirty days move out notice is given.My home is a kind, drama free, mature, trustworthy, authentic, environmentally friendly, equal rights, fun, peaceful, safe, cozy, professional minded environment. Rent Includes furnished room with bedding, towels, utilities, wifi and I even provide common amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towels etc All common areas get deep cleaned every week. Monthly rent starts at fifteen hundred and is increased based on how many people and if there will be a pet renting the room.
