Furnished, spacious room available for 1 person in a Beautiful house, quiet neighborhood, perfect Edmonds/Lynnwood location, shared Christian household with a great family atmosphere.

Amazing location, minutes from Fred Meyer, Trader Joe's, tons of great restaurants, and more. minutes from the beach, lots of trails and parks nearby as well, some walking distance. 3 minutes from Edmonds College. Near I-5. Public transit nearby as well.

The area: Very safe, quiet neighborhood. Beautiful views of the mountains and landscape from the house. Upscale house, new furniture, fully furnished, beautiful space. Upstairs there is a kitchen, dining room, living room, 2nd dining area, and living room. We have all the utensils and cooking tools you need to prepare food (oven, microwave, rice cooker, slow cooker, pots, pans, coffee maker, etc). There is a large lounge downstairs. TV both downstairs and upstairs which you are welcome to use. There is also a grand piano in the living room upstairs.
