Room for sublet

Description

Hi, my name is Christopher. I am a professional geophysicist, adjunct professor, and restaurant slave. I am looking for a roommate. The room is PRIVATE and in Newark. We are between Grain on Main and Newark High School. The monthly rent is $520 + shared utilities and the room is available on November 1st or thereabout, depending on the landlord. The house has 2 males (I'm one of them). The 3 of us would share 1 bathroom. We really don't care about gender, religion, skin color, orientation, etc. Just be cool and mindful of your roommates. The house is a duplex that has been joined so we all (5 total) share the kitchen and living room. Off street parking and a big yard. No pets, no smoking in the house.
