Large House to Share in Germantown

Description

We are looking to share our 5-bedroom 4-bathroom home in Germantown. In home laundry use, occassional home cooked meals, high-speed wi-fi, and all utilities are included in the monthly rent. The rooms are spacious and the home is extremely clean with no carpet. The lucky house guest will have access to the kitchen and a designated area for food. Our resident chef occasionally cooks enough to share! Weekly room cleaning is available for a separate cost. Our house guests will also have access to a lovely large in-ground pool during the summer and a covered patio with heater year round. Our ideal house guests are people who want to make this a long-term home. We are an adult family consisting of business owners and company executives. Privacy, respect for our home, and cleanliness are essential to us. Please contact us with any questions you have!
