I am the Owner/Property Manager of this newly remodeled house seeking a conscious, dependable, trustworthy, respectful, easy-going, clean tenant.
Currently It's just myself who occupies the property, and I travel a lot for extended periods of time.
I am seeking tenants:
-Who are in a similar stage of life.
-That truly values awareness, integrity, honesty, and courtesy.
-Who will treat my house as the sanctuary that it is.
(If you live a yogic/holistic lifestyle that will definitely help to create harmony here.) I am a 37 years old artist, yogi, and entrepreneur. My party days are behind me, but I still love music and dance! I rarely have people over, and if I do it's either to cook a meal, practice yoga, or watch a movie. This house has a very positive energy I have spent years cultivating, and I need another tenant who truly understands the value in this.
Location is very peaceful, safe, secluded, and has some great trailheads and parks just a stone's throw away!
I have been renting rooms out of this house for 10 years, and have had many happy tenants come and go.
(If you practice things that raise your vibe up often we will get along just fine, and maybe even make some great memories!)
