Highrise bedroom

Downtown space near Gaslamp; it's pretty central, so if you don't have your own car, you can walk almost anywhere. You'd have your own room with a hallway bathroom. Access to the kitchen and living room. Currently, it's just me and my bf living here with our dog; he is super friendly and crate-trained. We both work a lot so we're never really around. We have a washing machine and dryer in our apartment. The apartment also has a gym, game room, pool, and lounge that you would have access to. We're looking for a roommate to sublease month-to-month. The building has a parking garage; we'd need to figure out how to get you on that pass. If you prefer, I'm open to adding you to the regular lease, which would let you purchase your own parking pass; however, you'd need to meet the building's financial requirements and pay first month's rent plus a security deposit. They'll ask for a lot of things if you go this route, but the amenities are pretty nice and well-maintained. Please don't bring any more pets. We're also open to military, with quick access to 32nd Street and Balboa Naval Base.
