Great Room with Shared Common Areas
Flat share | NW 29th Street, Corvallis, OR, USA
This green-shingled Craftsman on NW 29th has the kind of covered front porch you don't see built anymore — columns, an oval window built into the entry, and steps up from a quiet, tree-lined sidewalk. Inside, it's a big, comfortable house: bedrooms spread across two upstairs and one main-floor bedroom, a stone fireplace anchoring the living room, and newer wood-look flooring running through the main living spaces. The kitchen is straightforward and functional — white cabinets, a stainless refrigerator, electric range, and a dishwasher — with a dining area just off it for group meals. Two full bathrooms mean you're not all waiting in line on a Monday morning. Downstairs there's a laundry setup with washer and dryer hookups and extra storage space, and outside you've got a covered front porch, a side yard, and a back patio area with off-street parking. This is Northwest Corvallis — a residential, tree-covered part of town known for quiet streets and easy biking, sitting close to Corvallis High School and a short ride from Oregon State and downtown. If you need a house with real square footage, more bedrooms than the typical rental, and a front porch worth sitting on, 622 NW 29th is worth a look.
