Master bedroom in peaceful home

Description

Available ASAP master bedroom, located on first floor. You’ll have access to the entire first floor with its own kitchen, dining room, living room, and bathroom. There are 3 bedrooms on this floor, and my daughter resides in one of the rooms but is never home. There’s also a furnished basement with two bedrooms if you’d prefer a more private space. If you’d like to rent the entire first floor that’s an option, but the price would increase significantly. We are located right off 95 north, a bike ride to downtown, a short walk to the artichoke, 15 minutes to beaches, 40 minutes to Boston and 1.5 hours to the white mountains. $1650 utilities included. Move in $3300- first and last- this could be paid in two installments. We do have a little dog. Looking for someone responsible, respectful, drama free and HONEST.
