Private bedroom student sublease

Looking for someone to take over my lease. It is located in Blvd 98 which is probably less than 5 minutes away from UNCC. Rent is $659 per month and $25 per month for parking. It is a private bedroom with its own bathroom and walk in closet. My lease started in August and runs until July 18th. I have not moved in so it's clean. The rent is $659 a month a with parking that's an additional 25$ a month. The lease transfer fee is $600 but I'll pay $400. It's girls only and i'm looking to have the lease taken over by October.
