ROOM FOR RENT ON THE WEST BENCH

Rent: $750 -there is an $800 security deposit as well but with the timeframe our landlord is willing to wait until November 1st to collect. Utilities: on average $100-$150 per person but varies each month based on usage. Located in: Boise, off of cole and fairview. Drive time to BSU/downtown: 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. Available: October 1st, 2026. The lease goes through July 31st, 2027. There is option to renew at the end of the lease too. There are 3 rooms in the house, with 2 bathrooms although one is a private bathroom attached to the (taken) master bedroom, and there is one larger bathroom that me and whoever signs the lease will share. The shared areas are furnished but we have space for more furniture, the bedroom will not be furnished. Parking is available in the driveway a
nd on the street. No cost for parking. We have two pets in the house already, one cat and one mid-sized dog who is going through training. We could potentially have one more pet in the house depending on how the animals all get along. We have a washer and dryer, as well as a dishwasher, central heating and cooling, a big backyard, and a park right behind the house that is less than a 5 minute walk to get to. No couples, children, or live-in romantic partners please!
We would prefer to live with another woman. My name is Elle, I'm 26 and I'm currently in my last semester at BSU getting my degree in time-based art, I usually work evenings as a server. My roommate Savannah is 24 and she's just moving back into town after spending the summer working at a hot springs,she also works evenings downtown as a bartender!
