Studio so shared space.

Description

I have a studio that's pretty old but close to Rio salado. Has an old stove and standing bathroom shower and small closet. This is pretty close to the type of setup they'd do at ASU with two people sharing one room. You'd live with me, theres enough space to have one side for twin beds and the other side for desks or a dresser. I don't drink or smoke or have pets so preferably somone the same working or being a student. I also almost never invite anyone over. I spend almost all my time working or studying so see if somone is the same to take advantage of low rent. Also can switch to a two bedroom for 200 more each. That includes everything though as right now it's 1100 a month with everything.
