One Room and Private Bathroom

I live about 10 minutes from Downtown Fort Myers and 10 minutes from Edison Mall. Rent is $800/month, plus first and last month's rent and a $200 security deposit. You'll have your own private bathroom, and the community has a pool with key access. I'm a full-time musician, so you'll occasionally hear me practicing, but I always respect shared spaces.
