Looking for a private room to rent.

Description

I’m 28 and looking for a room to rent around mid-to-late October. Preferably a master or with a private full bath. I work full-time in IT finance in Irvine with a hybrid schedule, stable income, and good credit. I’m pretty laid-back, responsible, clean, and easy to live with. I’m mostly a homebody, usually cooking, at the gym, gaming, or occasionally out with friends on weekends. I’d love to live with people around my age who also value a clean, peaceful, drama-free home. I definitely respect privacy and personal space, but I’m also open to becoming friends and hanging out from time to time.
