I’m looking for someone to move into the Master bedroom of my current apartment at Carolina Point! (just off Woodruff Road) The apartment is a 2 bedroom/ 2 Bathroom! (So we would both have our own bathrooms!) Move In October 1st! 🎃 It’s a beautiful apartment with great natural lighting ✨ and amazing amenities, including: 🏊♀️ Pool�🔥 Fire pit�🌽 Cornhole�☕ Coffee station�🎱 Pool table 🏋Gymn 🖥️ Business Centre 🛝Park�✨ And a space to use after hours to have get togethers! 🏡 THE SPACE: • $1,050/month all-inclusive - I would cover all utilities •One-time $500 fee to be added to the lease •Month to Month rental •The bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished, depending on your preference. •All common areas are furnished, in a feminine and cozy and welcoming space •If you already have furniture or decor you love, you are absolutely welcome to add your own touches to the shared spaces!
