Description

This room has a full-size bed, dresser, lamp, small table, TV, small fridge and small closet. This is a non-smoking room. The rent is paid $170 weekly, this includes all utilities and internet. Total move-in fee is $590, includes refundable deposit of $420 and 1st weeks rent of $170. In the main 4 bedroom house, the living room has 2 comfortable sofas and 55" TV. The kitchen, living room and bathroom have access anytime. We have a flat roof with ladder to access rooftop views of all mountains (Redrocks, Sunrise, 7-Hills Mountain ranges views). This is not a party household. The house is centrally located, Maryland Pkwy is very close and has the Boulevard Mall with many restaurants and retail stores. Also close are many buslines and 203 Desert Inn, 109 Maryland Pkwy and 110 Eastern Ave. We have are two dogs, 60lb & 10lb respectively, no other pets allowed. *Please leave info describing yourself, job and job hours.
