Private upstairs bedroom/bath

Hi I'm Dan a 41 year old male, working IT professional living in Trenton, NC. I own a two story, 4 bedroom/4 bath house in the country. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms in the upstairs of my house. I occupy the master bedroom downstairs so you would literally have the entire upstairs to yourself. It is very private. If you enjoy the quiet, peaceful country living, then this is the place for you. I am searching for another professional adult that works full-time outside of the home Monday through Friday, and is fairly quiet, mature and respectful. I recently went through a divorce so I'm just looking someone to help with the bills and needs a room to rent. I would prefer someone sign at least a 6 month lease. I am the only person living in the house and do not plan to have more than one roommate. There is a shared living room space, full size kitchen, screened in back porch, patio and fenced in backyard. You would have access to the washer/dryer. Plenty of parking space. Lots of storage if you need to store some items. Utilities are included in the rent. Asking for one month's rent security deposit. Rent includes utilities (water/trash services/WiFi/electric. Bonus: The house has a home water filtration system so every faucet/shower has filtered water. I do have one dog, a 13 pound terrier. She might bark at you a little at first, but once she knows you, very friendly dog. Trenton is centrally located between New Bern, Jacksonville, and Kinston, as well as about 15 minutes to Richlands. So you can get to all the major areas in about 25-30 minutes. If you do want to rent here, I will be conducting an interview and background check so just an FYI.
