Furnished Room Available in a Peaceful, Welcoming Home I’m looking for a respectful, responsible, clean, and trustworthy female roommate to share my home. The room is furnished and includes a queen-size sofa bed, dresser, closet, and desk. You’ll have access to the kitchen, living spaces, front patio, and washer/dryer. There is also one friendly cat in the home. 🐱 ✨ A little about me: I work full-time and am goal-oriented, easygoing, and enjoy laughing and having fun. I love spending time with family, friends, my church family, watching movies, makeup, gardening, and binge-watching a great series. I also truly value my peace, quiet, and personal space. ✝️ Faith & character are important to me. I am a Christian, and my relationship with Jesus is a very important part of my life. Ideally, I am looking for a Christian roommate who shares similar values. However, I’m also open to someone who isn’t Christian but has strong morals, good character, integrity, and genuine respect for others and my faith. I’m looking for someone who is clean, considerate, financially responsible, pays rent on time, respects privacy and boundaries, doesn’t smoke or use drugs, and is comfortable living with a cat. I prefer someone who works full-time and is looking for a peaceful, drama-free home. Quiet hours begin at 11 PM. You’re welcome to be up late, but I ask that noise be kept low during those hours. 💰 Rent: $850/month | Security Deposit: $850
