Room with private bathroom for rent

We have an available room in a 3 bed 2 bath house located in the Sloan’s Lake area. Bills average out to about $75 per month per person. I've supplied most common room furniture, so you'll only need to bring your own bedroom furniture, but you can bring some common room furniture if you wish! The room itself is located on the main floor, has it's own closet and bathroom. The attached pictures has furniture from our last roommate to give you an idea of the space in the room but the room measures out to 10 ft by 8.5 ft and the private bathroom measures out to 6 ft by 4.5 ft. There’s a basement and 2 car garage for extra storage. A parking space can be available in the garage if desired! There is space for a small vehicle in the garage. The location is also super convenient with a 75/80 walkability and bikeability score with nearby bus stops. A little bit about me. I’m 36 years old who loves outdoor recreation, board games, Hallmark Christmas movies (for the corniness), animals, wellness and health, cooking, and artistic ventures (I'm a big circus person). I like my places clean but am not overly worried about a small mess here or there (we’re humans here). Really striving to having a calm place to come back to with people I can be friends with. A few requirements I’m looking for with roommates: LGBTQ+ friendly. I have many friends in the community and would love to room with people who are open to the community.
Strong preference of having no pets. Allergies are kicking in and we are trying to keep the allergens to a minimum.
Somebody who is looking to create a community in the home. It’d be nice to be friends and not just a roommate! We are looking to bring somebody onboard sometime by end of August.
