I am a retired Christian man seeking a peaceful place to call home near Beacon’s Bible Church in Encinitas, ideally in Encinitas, Leucadia, Cardiff, Solana Beach, or coastal Carlsbad. I’m an elder at my church and spend much of my time serving and participating in church activities, so I lead an active and purposeful lifestyle. I’m quiet, respectful, clean, financially responsible, and easy to live with. I enjoy preparing healthy, nutritious meals and would be happy to help with meal preparation, light household tasks, or occasional assistance around the home. As a former live-in caretaker, I’m dependable, considerate, and always respectful of others’ privacy and personal space.
