Hi everyone. My fiancé and I are urgently looking for a 1 or 2-bedroom apartment in North Riding, Northgate, Bellairs, Olivedale, or Randpark Ridge. Our budget is R5000-7000per month. We both have income, but our credit record has been affected by a difficult financial period, which has made agency applications challenging. We’re looking for a private landlord or someone willing to consider our full situation. We can provide proof of income, bank statements, references, and are reliable long-term tenants.
