Looking for a professional working person or student to rent a room in our quiet home. There are 2 of us living here, my wife and me. We are very tidy and considerate of each other. We are looking for someone with the same mindset. Renting a single downstairs room from a home in a gated community in West Roseville, near Fiddyment and Baseline. Located close to the new Costco. Street parking is available. Rent is $1000, which includes all utility costs, WIFI and once a week access to laundry, washer and dryer. Tenant will have access to kitchen for cooking, storage space in pantry, fridge, and freezer. No pets, smoking, weed, or drug use allowed. Edible weed is okay- we just don't want to be able to smell it. Room is fully furnished with a bedframe, mattress, desk, dresser/storage, and fan.
