My name is Vallerie, a 26yr old professional looking for a roommate to help rent my 2 bedroom main floor. quiet and respectful and do have a cat that sticks to me like glue. The house itself is a good size and the common areas will have some furnishings while the bedroom will not. Location is close to Northland Mall, bus stops are across the street, and its a short walk to the Dalhousie train station. Relatively close to UofC as well. Will be available for August 1st
