OCC Student – Clean & Active

I’m a student at Orange Coast College. I’m clean, respectful, responsible, and easygoing. I have an active lifestyle and enjoy going to the gym, lifting weights, running, and going to the beach. I’m focused on my studies and looking for a quiet and comfortable place to live. I’m looking for a private bedroom and a private bathroom. I’m open to either a house or an apartment. Reliable parking is a must for me, and I also need full access to the kitchen whenever I want to cook. I cook regularly and always clean up after myself. I respect other people’s privacy, personal space, and house rules. I’m friendly and easy to live with, and I like to keep the home peaceful and clean.
