UNLV student looking for housing

Hey everyone! I’m a student at UNLV moving from Philadelphia and I’m currently looking for housing in the area. I’ll be relocating soon and plan to start my job within the second week of arriving, so I will have a stable income shortly after moving in. I also have savings available to comfortably cover my first and second month’s rent. I’m clean, respectful, and easygoing. I value a peaceful living environment and am very mindful of shared spaces and boundaries. I spend a lot of time studying, but in my free time I enjoy cooking, watching movies, playing video games, hiking, and traveling.
