Description
Looking for a couple like-minded people to share a calm, well-run home in Portland
I grew up outside the U.S., and over time Portland has become home for me. That mix of perspectives has shaped how I think about living with others. I value spaces that feel steady, supportive, and intentional, not just a place to land at the end of the day. At this point in my life, I’m interested in creating a home environment where people can do their best work, take care of themselves, and have a bit of room to grow. For me, that looks like a place that’s calm, clean, and respectful of each other’s routines, especially with working from home.
I work remotely in people analytics and tend to keep a structured routine. Outside of work, I’m into cycling, fitness, and staying active. I appreciate a household where people are independent but open to occasional shared meals or conversations.
What I’m looking for in the house: • People who are self-directed and responsible • Good communication, low drama • Shared spaces that stay clean without it being a big negotiation • A balance of privacy and connection
Logistics: • Target: 3–4 bedroom house • Budget: ~$1,200–$1,700 per person (flexible) • Everyone has their own room, ideally space for a home office • Bonus: garage or basement (bike storage, gym/workspace)
Timing:
Looking to move within 2 months If this resonates, send me a note about yourself and what you’re looking for in a shared home. Happy to connect and see if it’s a fit.
