This is a 3 bedroom 1 bath third floor apartment in a very quiet safe neighborhood! It is near Thayer street, Brown university, whole foods, stop and shop, YMCA and on the 1 busline. It is $800/month utilities included (except wifi). The apartment is furnished including the bedroom which makes it super easy for moving in (bedroom can be unfinished if you like). There is also a coin washer and dryer in the basement. Looking for someone who is able to sign June 1st for a 12month lease. You will be rooming with 2 young professionals f(21) and m(19). They are quiet and easy to get along with! F travels for work so shes hardly home and M enjoys keeping to himself but enjoys cooking.
