Seeking housemate in GVR

Hi! Looking for a 3rd person to cohabitate my beautiful, 3 bedroom 4 bathroom home near Green Valley Ranch. I'm offering two bedrooms and one private bathroom on the upper level to a suitable tenant. The rent of $950 is all inclusive of utilities, internet, etc. The bedrooms themselves are fairly small, but this would be an ideal for someone who would like to have a home office or other private room and doesn't need a ton of space for their sleeping arrangement. I'm Michael, the other occupant is Chase, both in our early 30's, employed full time, quiet, clean and somewhat introverted people. An ideal tenant would be someone of a similar age and lifestyle, a respectful young professional with no pets and who doesn't require a lot of storage space. Please, no hard conservatives or trump supporters, we simply will not get along. LGBTQ friendly.
