My current roommates are graduating in May, and my new roommate and I are looking for 2 more roommates for next school year. The house is located in a safe neighborhood just 12 minutes from USC’s main campus and is close to restaurants, grocery stores, a Walgreens, urgent care, and Midlands Technical College. It features 2 spacious bedrooms with large closets, 2.5 bathrooms, a large kitchen, and a furnished living room, along with a washer and dryer. There is plenty of free parking in the long driveway, as well as a front and back porch and a backyard with a fire pit.
