Looking for a room to rent!

Hi there! Catherine here 🙂 I am looking for a roommate OR a room to rent in the Louisville/Lafayette/Superior/Broomfield area. My max budget is $1,200 (for my portion), and my move in date would be in the July 1-Aug 1 time frame. I'm a Wisconsin girl [REDACTED] my career as a professional ballerina. I recently retired and am moving into the health and wellness/fitness space. I'm very clean and organized, communicative, love to connect with people (my midwestern roots are strong lol), and enjoy anything to do with the outdoors. My work schedule has me out of the house for most of the day, 5-6 days a week. But when I'm not at work, I'm either outside, cooking at home, catching up with family, enjoying football Sundays or listening to country music. PS.
