Description

I have a 10x10 room available in our 4 bed 2 bath house in East Green Valley, Henderson. The room comes with a private bathroom (not attached). A bit about us: Me (Kevin) and my wife (Sophia) are both 27. I work from home and Sophia is going into her 3rd year of medical school. We have a tuxedo cat named Chuck and have a australian shepherd golden retriever mix puppy named Arthur. I play a lot of golf and Sophia is mostly busy with school but enjoys reading and pilates. We are both generally quiet people, don't normally have people over. About the house: - Located centrally - I generally don't need to drive more than 5 minutes for almost anything I need. Located very near the Sprouts off Stephanie and Warm Springs. - We occupy the 3 other bedrooms, 2 of them function as our offices for work and school
- 2 car garage - Cold plunge, bbq in backyard Who we are looking for: - Someone under 30 years old
- Quiet, respectful, clean
- Does NOT have pets
- No couples, unverifiable income, or low credit scores The agreement: - 12 month minimum lease - Earliest date available is April 3rd
