Roommate Needed

Yo, I'm Mike. I'm 21 and am looking for a roommate. The apartment is in VB, less than a minute up the street from Lynnhaven Mall. It's 2 bed 2 bath and 1,050 sqft. The monthly rent is $1,700 total but we'd be splitting it of course. The place is pet friendly, and I do have two small girl dogs and a turtle. I'm out of the house mostly as I work fulltime M-F, but when I'm home I'm chill. I cook every now and again; and don't mind sharing food as long as you ask. I do have my loud moments every so often but outside of that I'm relatively quiet. This is also a gaming household so that is another heads up. Outside of that I'd like to say I'm easy to get along with and pretty lax. Only real rule I have is to clean up after yourself and we'll get along just fine.
