House is conveniently located in central Camarillo, just a minute away from Starbucks, Sprouts and Rolling Pin donuts.The monthly rent is $1400 (all utilities included) with a security deposit of $1400. The room is available starting April 1. Room will be unfurnished. No couples, no kids or pets allowed. Shared washer/dryer. Backyard. 1 car parking spot on driveway.
