Spare room in Greensboro

Description

I'm pretty laid-back, but this is my home, so there are a few basic house rules we'd go over. Rent is negotiable depending on your situation and length of stay.
The shower is shared, though I have my own private bathroom in the master bedroom. I also have a friendly medium-sized dog who does great with guests.
My child stays with me during the summer, holidays, and school breaks (I'm very involved in their life), so that's something to keep in mind.
