Choice of a single bed + desk or a queen‑size bed

Kitchen and bathroom (shared with just one other roommate)
Laundry area and TV lounge (both on the ground floor)

Ideal Tenant
Our preference would be a female tenant or a couple, as the other ground‑floor resident is a female university student.
