All utilities are included in the $750 monthly rent, including power, water, internet, and trash. Shared spaces are clean and well maintained, with a private fenced patio for relaxing after work. I share the home with my calm, clean and well behaved 8 year old Golden Retriever. He is family and central to the home, so this is best suited for someone who genuinely enjoys being around dogs.
