My husband and I are empty-nesters looking to rent one of our two rooms in our walkout basement. The other room is rented to a male. The bathroom, laundry, kitchenette, living room and covered porch will be shared with a male. Street parking. Private entry. 12 month minimum agreement required. Do to shared house: no smoking, vaping, drugs, or excessive alcohol. No pets due to allergies. No overnight guest due to security concerns and no extra storage. Can call or text.
