I'm looking for a roommate for myself and my dog in Irvine (women only please). The unit is a bed, 2 bath condo with in unit washer dryer, a patio, two community pools, and free off street parking for residents. The room is currently being used as an office, but it will be fully cleared out for whoever moves in. It has an attached bathroom solely for your use, and a decent sized closet.
I am a full time engineer as well as a grad student, so I tend to keep to myself. My dog is 6 years old, low energy, and very friendly. No dog care will be expected from my roommate.
