Description

Area on lower level is private bathroom, living space and bedroom and private entrance but you can use any entrance and exit. Also has its own microwave and small fridge. There is also a couch and partial living furnishing but can be removed if you have your own.Laundry is down there so we would have to come down once a week. Also, WIFI, heat and fuse box are there are well (Emergency only). There is no cable TV, but we can get it if you like at your cost .I have many streaming services you are welcome to the login. Main level living space and kitchen/dining area are shared areas for everyone. Deck both lower and upper - use of charcoal grill and upper patio. You have a private deck outside the slider. Also, HOA pool (small annual fee) and tennis courts. multiple walking trails, bus stop right on the street, easy access to the metro Herndon or Vienna station. Located min driving from Dulles Airport. Walking distance to shopping plaza. You will have one parking space and additional parking on the street. Move in date April 1- but current renter can leave March plus $ for utility
