looking for roommate

hey! i’m looking for roommates at my current house. i have two rooms available but i can also turn the loft into a room. it’s shared bathroom between the two rooms but we have a half bath downstairs, if we have 3 people in the house the rent will be $. deposit is $ and you would have to apply and get approved (idk why they’re so strict on it) its a beautiful home in concord and rn its just me my dog and cat.
it is pet friendly as long as they get along with my animals. one room is available now and the other will be next week. no kids pls but i don’t mind couples as long as there’s no drama.
