Girls only! April or August move in

Hey! I’m a junior going into my senior year at FAU and looking to for either to join my bedroom lease with me after my 3 bedroom one is up in April (would be beginning End of April into the school year). If end of April doesn’t work for you, I am flexible and definitely still need someone for August!! Getting a place at the end of April just secures lower rent prices for the year 🙂 If you are searching for a place and roommate for the Fall school year though, I’m your girl! Both my roommates are graduating this semester and I’m so in love with my complex I want to renew!

The apartment is super convenient — about minutes from campus, right behind Town Center Mall. The community includes a pool, grill area, tennis/pickleball courts, business center, and plenty of people our age.

All utilities (Florida Power & Light, renters insurance, and internet) are under my name and would just be paid to me monthly. Rent is paid individually through the portal by each person, split evenly for a two bedroom or split based on room size for the three bedroom (I have the most expensive room no worries there)
