You will be living with 3 other female students. The vibe of the house is very quiet, respectful, and safe. Everyone is busy with their studies, so it’s a perfect environment if you need a peaceful place to focus. We keep the common areas clean and respect each other's space.

• Utilities: Water is FREE. Electricity is split evenly among the 4 of us (very affordable).
• Lease Dates: Available from Feb to Aug .
• Move-in Cost: First month's rent + 1 month security deposit.
