Roommate to Share Apartment

Hi,

I'm looking for a roommate to share an apartment. I'm open to either applying together at the community where I currently reside or looking at and applying for a different community.

We're looking for a roommate who prefers a private, comfortable home environment. No drugs, smoking, or heavy drinking.

I'm a singles mom and am open to another single mom as a roommate. We're peaceful, respectful and clean and prefer the same.

We have 1 cat, who unfortunately is afraid of other animals, so we can't have additional pets.
