This is a comfy, centralized location for anyone in the Denton area near TWU/UNT. We use Frontier internet. . Have an insert for washer and dryer in unit, installed gas stove/oven, standard vehicle parking, and a spacious backyard. We have individual leases with the landlord. There are pest issues. Other utilities and internet that is split between all tenants ranges from $ a month each. Potentially rent and utilities can be lowered if you are open to a third roommate. Currently there is an option between a carpeted or hardwood/laminate floored room.

Ideally looking for someone +, with no children/no dogs, who does not mind cats, occasional singing, or the rare guest. Ideally someone who has shared space with others and knows how to communicate to keep things productive and positive. Smoking is allowed outside, painting/wall decoration is fully up to you, and you are always free to ask questions
