Looking for a studio or room

Description

I am looking for a room or a 1 bedroom apartment in Cork starting from end of January or beginning of February year old professional originally from Finland, moving to Cork from the Netherlands to work a full-time job and I am looking for a place to live. I will be staying in Cork for at least a year, but likely longer.

My budget is flexible since I will be working a full-time role with a stable income. I prefer a place close to the city, but I am also flexible regarding the location. 

I live on my own and I do not have any pets or children. I am a very responsible, clean and liable tenant. I keep my space organised and most of my time I will be spending at work or exploring the nature and cities in Ireland. I am social and relaxed and come along with all types of people.
