furnished room or studio

Description

I am currently renting a furnished room with a move out end of Dec . I am looking for a landlord to work together with me so that both of us are heard and our work schedules can be respected. I work out of the house and require cooling and heating and a functioning facility. I offer meditation sessions over the phone so I need it to be quiet during my work hours. My hours are M-TH pm and T-TH . I would prefer to stay in an area close to where I'm at, W Peoria and Nth Avenue if possible. Thank you for reading my ad.
