Room for rent in furnished house

Description

I'm looking for a roommate to help save some money each month.
I live by myself and work during the week and am usually in bed by ten. I usually only have guests over every other Sunday. I'm easy to get along with, and I don't really have any crazy rules. I just ask that you clean up after yourself and be an overall decent human being.
The room available is upstairs and is eleven by fourteen with closet space.
The upstairs bathroom adjoins the two bedrooms and has additional space for storage.
There is a garage, but it is used as a workshop. There is plenty of parking in the driveway. There is also a private gym setup in the sunroom.
The backyard is fenced in, and pets are negotiable
