We are a responsible family seeking a minimum bathroom home or townhome, with a strong preference for 4 bedrooms. We are looking for a long-term rental where we can settle and truly make home.

We experienced a temporary financial setback due to a recent furlough, which impacted our credit. However, income is now restored and stable, and we are fully prepared to provide proof of income, rental history, references, and a strong security deposit.

Our current apartment is no longer a suitable environment for our family, and we are motivated to move as soon as the right opportunity becomes available.
